REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Service Fees

• Diagnostic/service fees are non-refundable once service is completed.
  Once diagnostics are completed we will contact customer with a quote that will include OEM parts, labor, & tax.
•  Customer can then accept or reject repair.  
• Accepted quote - parts will be ordered unless we have in stock | Parts received - customer will be contacted to schedule repair at customer’s earliest convenience or our earliest availability.

2. Parts Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item must be returned within 30 days
• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Security stickers (if used) must be intact  

Non-Returnable Items:

• Installed or used parts
• Electrical components (if installed)
• Special order parts

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect in eBay listing. Read condition description and listing description carefully. 

4. Shipping Damage

• All items should be inspected upon delivery
• If damaged in transit, customer must file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• We will assist with documentation if needed

5. Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee may apply to returned items (if    applicable)
